True or False: Meetings are a waste of time.
False. Despite what your experience may tell you, it is possible to honor time constraints and diverse personalities while achieving forward motion in a meeting . This seminar will tease out the key ingredients of effective group interactions, and explore management techniques and attitudes that can significantly improve the outcomes of your meetings.
Your presenter: Leon Bailey holds a Masters Degree in Public Administration from New York University and a Master of Divinity degree from New York Theological Seminary, where he is currently pursuing a Doctorate in Multi-faith Ministry. Mr. Bailey is VP for Human Resources at The Community Foundation for Greater New Haven and consults for businesses and nonprofits in the tri-state region.
